We are dedicated to enhance the lives of youth, families & seniors with our social service programs and with our housing developement. As a (CHDO)Community Housing Developement Organization, Ccyscc rehabs mulit-family buildings to provide affordable housing. We also build new construction family housing and condo's across the country..

A (CHDO) Community Housing Development Organization CCYSCC, can provide the appropriate assessment to determine what the needs of the residents are for its housing development We work to determine the best method for providing health and social services for its residents . Program development can be customized to the needs of the residents. CCYSCC a CHDO, is a nonprofit organization that meets special HUD-established criteria under the HOME Program.
The CCYSCC TEAM has the skills to work with a variety of Accountants, Bankers and Lawyers ... To perform the following.... Analysis of project feasibility, including requirements related to property acquisition, housing construction or repair, and environmental regulation Preparation and review of loan and grant applications Eligibility and processing requirements for federal, state and other housing programs Mission: To expand the supply of affordable housing for the elderly, homeless, and low income families.
CCYSCC has developed a network of investors, equity partners, other developers, and community partners for purpose of funding its housing projects.

Our House
Our house is a program that assists women and their children find transitional and permanent housing and links with other social service agency to provide a menu of support services. We are collecting donations for down payments to purchase affordable housing for women and their kids, seniors and the disable.
